Examples may include (but are not necessarily limited to) visuals licensed to the Publishers under the Unsplash License, Pixabay Content License, or Pexels License. Common ways Licensed Third-Party Content may be used in the Publications include (but are not necessarily limited to) stock images, visuals used in articles alongside or as featured images for the Written Content, or as thumbnails for the Hosted A/V Content. Unless attribution or license disclosure is required by the third-party license, Licensed Thirty-Party Content is not necessarily marked or indicated as such, and the Publishers assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever for doing so. The Publishers expressly disclaim and waive any and all liability or responsibility for your use of any Licensed Third-Party Content in the Publications, whether or not it is identified as such.

Unless otherwise noted, those portions of the Hosted A/V Content which do not contain Licensed Third-Party Content are hereby licensed under CC BY 4.0 DEED Attribution 4.0 International.

Unless otherwise noted, any other content in the Publications which is not not covered under any other provision herein, and which is not otherwise noted as falling under different licensing terms, is hereby licensed under CC BY 4.0 DEED Attribution 4.0 International.

The Publishers offer the Publications as-is and as-available, and make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Publications, whether express, implied, statutory, or other. This includes, without limitation, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of latent or other defects, accuracy, or the presence or absence of errors, whether or not known or discoverable. The Publishers expressly disclaim and waive any and all liability or responsibility for your use of the Publications to the full and maximum extent possible.

By using the Publications in any way, you fully and permanently waive any rule or right of contra proferentem which may be construed against the Publishers. In addition, you also agree that in the event that any provision herein is held as invalid or unenforceable, that shall not invalidate any of the other provisions. You also agree that any legal matters pertaining to the Publications or arising under any of these provisions shall be construed solely according to the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, and you consent exclusively to the state courts of that jurisdiction, or mediation or arbitration conducted in that jurisdiction under its laws.
